  We were disappointed with this business today. According to all their information, the gallery was supposed to be open at 10am. We travelled 50 minutes to get there and arrived at 10am to find the "now open" sign displayed at the entrance. We excitedly went to the door, only to find it locked. We patiently waited 20 minutes. Then, not knowing whether they were actually going to open or not, called their phone number. There was no answer. Not wanting to waste any more time, and feeling disappointed we had to move on, as we had guests with us and wanted them to have a good day. Sometime later, I received a message from them to say that they were finally open. I was going to take our visitors back to the gallery again, but when I asked if they were blowing, was told that we could watch a video of it! Well, that didn't quite make up for our wasted trip, so we decided to take our guests somewhere more reliable. If they want to turn up late, they need to take down the 'now open' sign, or change online information, or at least leave a note on the door so that people know whether it's worth waiting or not! Answering the phone would be good too.

  always fabulous... there was a class on today so was interesting to hear the master explain as he went
